Welcome to Desain Blitz! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
1.1. Custom Logo Design
We provide custom logo designs tailored to your brand or business based on the information you provide.
1.2. Website Templates (Using Canva)
We offer website templates designed using Canva. These templates are customizable by the client through a Canva account.

We provide website designs tailored to your brand or business based on the information you provide.
2. Project Timeline
2.1. The estimated completion time for both custom logos and website templates is up to 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required information from the client. For custom website design may up to 3 months based on customer requirement.
2.2. Delays caused by lack of client response, incomplete information, or revision requests may extend the timeline.
3. Usage Rights
3.1. Logos
- Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use the final logo design for commercial or personal use.
- We retain rights to all unused logo drafts or concepts.
3.2. Canva Templates
- Templates are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
- Use of Canva templates is governed by Canva’s Terms of Use, including domain, hosting, and publication rights: https://www.canva.com/policies/terms-of-use/
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. Full payment is required before work begins or files are delivered.
4.2. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the design after delivery.
4.3. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate your requirements before work begins.
5. Revisions
5.1. Custom logo design includes 2 revision rounds. Extra revisions will incur additional charges.
5.2. Canva templates are provided as-is; minor edits may be made by request for an additional fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. You agree to provide timely and accurate feedback, text, and materials needed to complete your project.
6.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the logo or template does not infringe on any existing intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Preliminary and draft designs remain the property of Desain Blitz.
7.2. Final, approved designs become your property upon full payment.
7.3. You may not resell or redistribute our designs as your own without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our logos or templates, including any issues related to third-party platforms like Canva.
9. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
